Martin’s career began as an audit and tax consultant with Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants. He extended his experience for a short while as the financial controller for a respected merchant bank.

Preferring taxation, Martin worked for various chartered accounting practices, moving to supervision where he managed a team of accountants. He broadened his experience in financial planning, becoming one of the most successful advisers in client management and strategic advice for two large financial planning companies. As a founding member of MASU Financial Management Pty Ltd, Martin is responsible for the managment and ongoing developing of the financial planning arm of the company.

Martin is a Proper Authority Holder, as well as a Certified Financial Planner with the Financial Planning Association. He has completed the Diploma of Financial Planning and the Diploma of Business (Real Estate) with the Real Estate Institute of NSW. He is also a Chartered Accountant and accredited with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia as a specialist financial planner.
